Turn back if you are squeamish. 1 girl has died and 3 seriously injured in a horrifying incident at Tibidabo Amusement park in Spain. Pendulo, made by Fabbri,  has caused the injuries. It is reported that the the structure and ride arm itself physically crumbled. It has a height of 38 metres and a top speed of 100km/h.  The ride type is a Fabbri Air Diver.
